A departure from a traditional tablecloth or runner, a Table Throw or Table Square offers more flexibility for how it can be placed as well as the table it can fit. The Double Star design is a holiday favorite. Includes a pattern set.
Using 10″ Layer Cake squares, you can whip up this cute and cozy lap blanket in a single afternoon. The patchwork is about as basic as you can get, and the quilting is done with hand-sewn buttons. A very beginner-friendly project.
Plates are traditionally round, but placemats are usually rectangles. Hmmmm. Square peg/round hole? How about a round mat? Ours are a generous 16″ in diameter, and they’re reversible: patchwork on the front, solid on the back.
At just 16″ x 30”, it’s a great size for smaller tables, breakfast bars or as the center décor on a larger table. The pretty patchwork center features four flying geese blocks. Includes a free set of matching cards + tags to download.
This handsome (and easy) quilt is made up of bright, bold geometrics. We added a custom monogram to a bottom corner square to personalize the project and make it a cherished keepsake for baby and parents.
We used a cool metal closure for this pretty shoulder bag design. There’s a curving side gusset to add structure and a unique curved flap with accent piping. All done with standard weight cottons! So fun, we made two samples!
One unique apron pulls together three embellishment techniques: embroidery, decorative stitching, and quilting. We also added form-flattering pleats underneath the waistband and darts in the lower bodice.
We used bold, bright fabrics from Kaffe Fassett to create this bohemian throw. It has a patchwork front bound and backed in super soft sherpa-style fleece – then hand-tied to finish.
